Forty minutes southwest of Chicago, spread across a rolling countryside of rye grass and oak-accented hillocks, Bolingbrook Golf Club is Illinois’s new standard for golf and entertaining.

Developed by the Village of Bolingbrook in 2002, the goals and objectives of the village were to provide a state-of-the-art banquet and golf facility that was second to none. The result is a masterfully designed 76,000-square-foot clubhouse that overlooks the award-winning championship public golf course.

Bolingbrook has reinvented entertaining by creating a place where the experience of club life continues far beyond the 18th green.

The 76,000-square-foot Bolingbrook clubhouse is the epicenter of activity. After entering the main lobby with its grand two-story stone fireplace, visitors will find the Reagan Grand Ballroom, Rose Garden Patio, and outdoor verandas that overlook the championship golf course.

The clubhouse can accommodate any type of event, from corporate outings and fundraisers to society luncheons, family gatherings, and much more. There are more than 600 parking spots available to accommodate all group sizes.

Whether your party is for 30 or 800 guests, the gracious staff will carefully orchestrate all the details to make your wedding a most memorable occasion.

bridal suite

Before the party, relax and reminisce in one of two bridal suites. The living room setting includes a private bathroom with shower, a small wet bar area, television, DVD player, and stereo.

ceremony

The Rose Garden is an idyllic setting for your ceremony. The outdoor setting that overlooks fountains and a lake creates the perfect atmosphere, with seating for up to 300 guests. The talented event team will make certain that your day is as memorable as the event itself.

cocktail hour

As your guests enter the main lobby of the golf club, they are welcomed into the living room area with a two-story stone fireplace, which sets the stage for a perfect event. The prefunction area of the ballroom will host cocktail receptions with adjoining walkout verandas, outdoor seating, and views of the picturesque golf course.

Your reception will be simply unforgettable in our state-of-the-art entertaining facility, which features vaulted cathedral ceilings, a customizable wood dance floor, and unique photo opportunities with the spectacular championship golf course as the backdrop.

This intimate space is the ideal setting for your shower, rehearsal dinner, communion, or smaller wedding reception. The East Room, exclusively located on the upper level of our clubhouse, offers an elegant yet comfortable setting that features beautifully upholstered wooden armchairs, fireplace, private bar area, and covered veranda that overlooks the picturesque golf course. The Dillard and President’s rooms adjoin the East Room and are perfect for additional breakout space.

ballroom

The Reagan Grand Ballroom is the perfect location. The nearly 10,000-square-foot ballroom has the versatility to break into five separate rooms for gatherings of all sizes.

nest bar & grill

Located on the lower level, The Nest Bar & Grill serves contemporary American cuisine in a beautiful environment with views of our award-winning golf course. Whether as the 19th hole after your round of golf or for a special evening out on Saturday night, The Nest Bar & Grill looks forward to serving you.
